I have a website that I coded and designed years ago but would like a simpler method. What is a good #blogging platform that

– can be used on self-hosted websites;
– is #FOSS if possible;
– offers templates for photo/image blogs;
– supports custom-made templates;
– is Google-free (important!)

I'm eyeing #WordPress because I used it on the past but rather trust the #HiveMind!
