Flying through the air
With the greatest of ease
The daring young lady
In the greatest show on earth
The giant wheel turned in the sky
Its colors splashed in my eye
The barkers calling to me on the midway
Carnival, carnival, carnival, carnival
(Neil Young - Carnival)

@joegste@mastodon.social Great use of lines in the photo. The ornaments running across the roof are pretty unique, I wonder if there is a cultural or other meaning to them?
When I saw the Ferris wheel, I immediately thought of my fear of heights. I think I've only ever ridden one once or maybe twice. Funny how some people are averse to things most people take for granted. (riding a Ferris wheel and enjoying the view)
