We still remind all users with @autistici.org mailbox find all their emails by logging in at https://accounts.inventati.org
If you need to immediately resume the full use of the email box, you can login and in the appropriate panel section create an alias on another domain of A/I. With aliases you can send and receive. If you have any doubts or had the 2fa (double authentication factor) active then go to read our updated FAQs.

Yes, technically with an alias with a domain other than "autistici.org" we can send and also receive, but in order to actually receive we must first tell people who usually write to us at the old, now non-functioning [address]@autistici.org, to address their e-mails to the alias; and we need to substitute the old, now non-functioning [address]@autistici.org, with the new alias on all the services where we registered the old, non-functioning [address]@autistici.org as the address to receive e-mails that we want to receive, e.g. notifications/newsletters/mailing-lists from sites, etc. (this is not always possibile, for example on those sites where we have two factors authentication set to send us its one-time code at the old, non-functioning address).
I guess it would be better to include something like this in the FAQ :)
