I know you say you don't accept bitcoin but there are so many other options and things have changed quite a lot since 2013!
You can easily accept stablecoins on Ethereum and keep them anonymous with tools like Railgun via ZK cryptography. I'd be happy to help you guys out as I've done it multiple times with the community that I raise funds for supporting those in Gaza today.
