How did we ever get to the point where corporations get to unilaterally remake a contract?
I'm so tired of "we've updated our terms of service" and it is almost always for the worse.
Do you get to unilaterally remake the terms of your loan?
Do you get to unilaterally redo your mortgage?
Do you get to unilaterally tell your boss your "terms of service" have changed?

If a company changes the contract then they should be required by law to give a refund if the product/service is no longer what you paid for.
Otherwise (currently) it's just legalized fraud.
