@ObsidianUrbex@mstdn.social I learned to swim in a very similar looking baths in Queens Drive, Liverpool in the early 1970s. Long gone now.

In my opinion old buildings are often works of art because, in the past, people may have been more likely to think, โYou eat with your eyes, too.โ The building was meant to be inviting.
Aww now I am having nostalgia for the old Noel Street baths in Nottingham. They were closed within my memory, about 20 years ago, and the main pool building made into a climbing centre. I think the climbing centre is still going strong at least!
