With the end of the 2026 drum corps season, I thought it would be good to look back at the photos, articles, and coverage I wrote throughout the season, starting with the very first show in June at the Bluecoats Homecoming Weekend at the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio.

First, the article I wrote for Drum Corps World:

When you’re planning to write about your first time experiencing the 2026 Bluecoats’ program, the thing you do NOT want to hear is that the corps has re-arranged its schedule due to potential rain in the area. Unfortunately, that’s what I heard while rehearsing with the Bluecoats Alumni Legacy Arc, as the corps administration chose to swap their field ensemble time with their sectional time.
