Honestly, mostly that the cohfrn theme doesn't have proper dark mode support

Something that cannot ever be returned. Posts from someone who only ever enjoyed specifically the experience of Cohost and nothing else. This isn't a feature suggestion, it's just the only answer I have.

obviously css crimes (but i don't think they can be implemented here in that way), tumblr-like audio posts (i don't have screenshots of what this looked like, sorry!), the update panel on the right side (i do have screenshots of this one, i don't think it's fully necessary but it kept me informed on major changes on the site)
honestly i feel like wafrn nails a lot of cohost's other dna in its own way, so i don't feel like i'm craving much in terms of that!

More seriously, though, this place is pretty solid for what I used Cohost and tumblr for. It'd be neat to be able to search just threads I've replied to or rewooted (akin to searching my blog), though that sounds like the kind of thing that's deceptively difficult to do with any efficiency.
