I created Pokkimages, a small self hosted image gallery. Just drop some images in a folder, and that's it! You can add a title and a description with a companion .txt file for each image. No admin, no database, just a single binary
Generate thumbnails if needed on the fly, cache a lot things, rss support (what else?)
