Suits you, sir: Humboldt penguins wear copper bodysuits designed to speed their recovery from surgery at a conservation centre in Coquimbo, Chile. The birds were treated for wounds caused by entanglement in fishing nets: the copper and zinc in the bodysuits help prevent bacterial growth.
