We're off on a cycling trip to Brittany on Saturday - hoping to get as far as Landévennec on the Crozon Peninsula, and also hoping that the weather is kind.
These are the lovely remains of the C10th abbey founded there by St Winwaloe in around 490, which I last saw about ten years ago.

One day they got drunk on the local cider and fell asleep on a grass verge.
These days it's considered a bad idea to get that drunk when you're pregnant, but it does mean that I can blame anything that people don't like about me on that cider.
