“Ecken und Kanten” (Corners and edges)

#photography #buildings #clouds #angles #symmetry #shapes #geometry

Photo looking up from street level towards the top floors of a high-rise building under an overcast sky. The two visible sides of the building meet at a corner in the middle of the image, giving its roofline a triangular shape. At left, a break in the gray clouds offers a glimpse of blue sky, while the building’s grids of windows reflect the blue sky and clouds behind camera. At right, the top corner of another building pushes in, creating another triangle whose edges are parallel to those of the main building.
