Communication is an essential part of all relations, be it for countries or people or even animals.

On a grassy meadow two ducks are quacking at each other. The left one, a male, is lying lazy on the grass, looking to its left and shows an opened beak. On the left side a female duck with a stretched neck in the direction of the male duck, lying also on the grass, is also seen with an opened beak quacking.

The male duck is showing a green colored head, brown-like chest and the rest of its body in shades of grey feathers. The female duck is overall colored in shades of light brown, turning to grey-ish and fading out to a light grey-ish white at the tail.

The pair appears to be discussing some relational issues. :-)
