Taken during the world half-frame photowalk. Sadly what you can’t see is the wording on the posters reflected in the car bonnet. These are for posters for the local Green Party representative. The car itself is a BMW btw.

A black and white photograph showing the remains of an old wooden sea defence known as a groyne stretches off towards the sea. Most of the wooden cross members have been battered away by the power of the sea leaving the uprights like bare skeletons. Close to the camera, and higher up the beach, there is still some wooden cross members, these have been colonised by sea weed, barnacles and limpets - as nature infiltrates this human imposition on the natural world.

In the foreground of the image is a open hand cuff dangling from something out of frame. In the back ground and out of focus is a car, the drivers door is open (because it is a UK vehicle). The car is facing away from the viewer so we are seeing its back not its front. It’s open to interpretation what is going on here.

So this image - there is a musical score upon which there is a modern electronic set of kitchen scales. On the scales are a 10 US dollar bill and 1 US dollar bill. The scale is registering 11 grams in weight. Between the scales and musical score are a 10 US dollar bill and a 20 US dollar bill. If you can't work it out, it's notes on a scale. Best I could come up with TBH.
