A nice weeping birch. Most that I have seen are diseased and variously trimmed to unshapely messes. Tbh, they are short-lived trees and may have been fashionable 40 or so years ago.

A weeping birch growing in a front yard, next to a wooden fence, dominates the Japanese maples and crabapples around it. The three part trunk is mostly white, with black and gray patches. The leafy branches, about 20 feet up (~7m) droop down and form a nice cascade of green backlit by the morning sun. The sidewalk leads to a tunnel of small street trees and front yards full of shrubs.
