https://fotografia.cultura.gov.it/iccd/item/FFC025218

The image is a sepia-toned photograph depicting a serene seascape. In the foreground, there's a small sailboat with its sails fully unfurled, gently bobbing on calm waters under an overcast sky. The boat appears to be occupied by at least two individuals, one of whom seems to be handling the rigging or steering the vessel. In the middle ground, several other sailing vessels are visible at various distances from the shore, suggesting a popular area for boating activities. On the horizon line, silhouettes and structures hint at landfall, with some buildings that could indicate residential areas or coastal establishments like restaurants or hotels. The text "Forte dei Marmi - Veduta dal mare" is prominently displayed across the top of the photograph in an elegant cursive font, identifying the location as Forte dei Marmi and indicating a viewpoint from the sea. The overall mood conveyed by this image evokes tranquility and nostalgia, capturing a moment of leisurely sailing or boating

FORTE DEI MARMI - UNA VEDUTA DEL PONTE CARICATORE

https://fotografia.cultura.gov.it/iccd/item/FFC025222

The image is a black and white photograph depicting an industrial maritime scene. It shows a large dock extending into calm waters with mountains faintly visible in the background, suggesting it might be taken during late afternoon or early evening as indicated by the soft lighting. On the left side of the dock, there's a sailing ship moored alongside, its sails furled and rigging prominent against the sky. The deck is cluttered with various maritime equipment such as ropes and possibly cargo handling tools, indicating active use for loading or unloading goods. A significant feature in this image is an industrial crane situated on the right side of the dock's entrance; it appears to be lifting a cylindrical object into place. Two figures are visible near the crane: one standing atop its structure observing the operation, and another by the water's edge possibly overseeing the process or preparing for loading. The photograph includes text in Italian at the bottom which translat
