Several yachts are moored on calm water at the edge of a harbour under a cloudy sky. One yacht is prominent in the foreground, facing right, with another to its left. Behind them, a long concrete breakwater extends from the left, ending at a small green-roofed building and a short lighthouse structure. Far in the distance on the hazy horizon, two very tall, red-and-white industrial chimneys are visible. The setting sun illuminates the tops of the clouds in shades of peach, orange, and pale yellow, contrasting with the blue and grey of the water.
