BORDIGHERA- Veduta DELL'ARZIGLIA

https://fotografia.cultura.gov.it/iccd/item/FFC022368

This image depicts a vintage postcard showing the coastal town of Bordighera with "Veduta dell'Arziglia" written on it. It appears to be an old, monochromatic photograph capturing various elements like palm trees and foliage in the foreground that lead towards terraced hillsides indicative of Mediterranean architecture or possibly vineyards. The coastline is visible at the bottom right corner suggesting proximity to a body of water, likely the sea given the region's typical landscape features. There are several inscriptions on the postcard; "Soliti Famiglia" and "Bordighera - Veduta dell' Arziglia," which translates from Italian as "Customs Family Bordighera View of Arziglia." Another inscription at the bottom credits 'Nino Albertieri, pianos et musique a Nice,' signifying that Nino Albertieri was likely associated with piano production and music in Nice. The image carries marks such as creases or fold lines typical for aged postcards, indicating its age and historical use.
