I sold a photo through a vendor who takes care of the printing. The print quality was very poor and I am paying for a replacement with a different vendor while I complain to the original so the customer doesn't have to wait. The person who purchased it contacted me directly.

📸 That "72 DPI" file your client's designer panicked about? It can still print beautifully.

The DPI field is just metadata. What actually decides print sharpness is pixel dimensions divided by print size.
