A black and white photograph shows an individual working in a garden with crops. The person is using gardening tools, including what appears to be a hoe or rake. They are wearing overalls, boots, gloves, and a wide-brimmed hat for sun protection. Behind them stands a weathered wooden building which might serve as a storage shed or shelter. In the background, there's evidence of residential buildings under construction with exposed framework and wires overhead suggesting ongoing development in this area known to be associated with agricultural laborers during that period. The text "E-POHPI" is visible at the top right corner, possibly indicating an archive name or a reference code for cataloging purposes.
