Today, I'm having a break from the archive and posting a little thing I've done yesterday with my modified camera, a "bee vision" experiment with this plant which I don't know its name exactly (but I think it's from the genus Zanthoxylum). Anyway, I hope it survives this heat for now, I think it would look great in winter.

So, I did a visible light and UV shots and combined them together. I was really aiming at something specific and I knew not much would show up because no flowers are there but just an experiment, as I'm trying to move my hand with the camera a bit here. What caught my attention is the shade of green that developed when merging the two images (and I still don't understand how that single golden leaf is stuck midair like that!).
