Northern summer can be bright and colorful after all 😎

We see the façade of an ordinary city apartment block, flooded with bright sunlight. What gives the shot its particular mood are the deep shadows of tree branches. They weave a whimsical, living pattern that slides across the walls and windowpanes. At the heart of the composition is a balcony. Colourful laundry hangs there to dry — vivid yellow, red, and brown patches of fabric. This detail lends the frame warmth and a feeling of everyday life. Down below, right at the foot of the building, lush green grass grows.
