Saw these unusual striped seed pods catching the afternoon sun!

#photography #Macro #Botany #IrishGardens #Flora

A close-up photograph of tall, striped seed pods on slender dark stems. The seed capsules are yellow-green with deep reddish-purple vertical stripes, standing erect in the left foreground. Beside them are delicate white, flat-topped flower umbels (cow parsley). The background features a soft, out-of-focus mix of golden dry grass, bright green foliage, and vibrant blue hydrangea blooms bathed in natural sunlight.
