So in case you were unaware, not sure how you could have been with all the media coverage, but there was a solar eclipse yesterday! Here in Spain there was totality, well in some parts, but down here in Andalucia we got a partial, a partial at 95% coverage is pretty good I reckon. A partially covered sun during an eclipse. The lower half of the sun is uncovered and looks like a smile. You can almost make out the disc of the moon covering the sun. There are multiple rays coming out the edges of the smile. There are a few high light clouds just about shining through.

@khusky@shmg.online Haha here in the North East of England, we had about 95% but the crescent of the sun was visible over the top of the moon. Great to see a picture from the "other side". :-)
