@Harald@mastoart.social The title changes everything here. Without it, I might stop at the abstraction, the movement and those vertical traces. But ‘apocalyptic forest’ makes me see charred trunks, remnants of a landscape, something left behind after a catastrophe. What fascinates me most is the paradox of this image: the apocalypse isn’t swallowed by darkness, but almost disappears in an excess of light. As if the world had been burned white.
