For those who look closely: the red and blue sphere suspended from the bridge are an acoustic art installation called Sonic Vista.

And while I'm in guide mode: the bridge is loved and hated by photographers because while you have a great view of the skyline, the vibrations from the trains make long exposures difficult, and it keeps vibrating long after a train has passed through. 🫨
