View of a small village nestled in a hilly landscape with green pastures (incl. a few small herds of cows) and patches of forest. A large area of thick fog in further distance, the fog also drifting through the forest and gentle valleys near the village. Everything is bathed in warm late summer morning light, still casting long shadows. The view is from a higher up mountain and a sliver of the lands further back (behind the fog) are visible near the top of the image. No sky.
