The image depicts a striking, black and white illustration with expressive lines. The central figure appears to be an elongated humanoid shape draped in dark fabric or feathers that cascade down into the lower frame. On top of this figure's head is another distorted human-like form holding what looks like a knife or blade aloft. To the right stands a female character, possibly goat-legged based on her silhouette and the suggestion of horns above her head. She wears minimal clothing with an extended arm pointing towards a series of emblems: symbols including one resembling hands reaching out from behind bars, another that appears to be text within speech marks, and finally a figure holding what seems like a crown or scepter. The background is chaotic with splashes and streaks in black ink against white paper.
