I really like the idea of round windows, but I wonder if it would make you feel like you were living on a ship 🛳️ #Photography #NYC #AltText #iPhonePhotography

A closely cropped color photo of the front of a red brick brownstone. There's a brown wooden framed glass door on the right side with the number 57 in large gold print. Above it is a large round window outlined in brick. Next to that are two windows coming to the same height as the door and round window. Those windows have blue painted frames. On the top of the photo there is a white cement ledge and above that another set of eight square windows in horizontal rows of four, also with the blue painted frames.

@Star12Mt@masto.nyc I am more concerned with the windows and doors out front. Without a stoop (which was a practical thing for privacy and to keep people's noses above the dirt and trash in the street), the rooms inside would feel exposed to everything on the sidewalk.
