What a beautiful costume (Astoria, OR, 2026)

Representing indigenous culture from Mexico.

During a parade, a participant stops and turns to see where the others in her group are. She is dressed in an ornate, indigenous (to Mexico) costume with long feathers in a headdress and highly detailed stitching and artwork in her outfit.
