#SilentSunday #Photography #BlackAndWhite #Squared

Square black-and-white photograph. Viewed from below, a large electricity pylon fills the centre, its top and base extending beyond the frame. Its steel lattice forms a repeating pattern of crosses and triangles, with two broad horizontal crossarms supporting cables on hanging insulators. The cables curve down on either side towards a smaller pylon aligned directly behind it, visible through the lower framework. The arrangement is nearly symmetrical against a grainy sky that becomes lighter towards the bottom. A short white contrail from an aircraft is visible in the sky on the right.
