Maison Mahua from Caffinary (Washed)

After the disappointment of the previous three(!!!) coffees, I was hoping for some sort of a palate cleanser.

The coffee beans had a good amount of chaff to them. The brew had notes of spices, vanilla with some mellow acidity. There was some minor bitterness as well, but tolerable. Not bad.
