#FensterFreitag #365moments #smartphonepic #Photography

A lattice window on a front door, seen in a mirror on which a moth is perched. The photograph is taken in such a way that it looks as though a very large moth is sitting on one of the panes of glass.

Facing the sun

(almost) monochrome Tuesday
#365Moments #smartphonepic #photography

A still lake, greyed by the low-hanging clouds. On the other side, it is raining amongst the rolling hills. In the foreground, tall grass and shrubs are a pale yellow and brown. A branch from a conifer hangs down into the picture from above. The picture has a rather monochrome feel to it

Mondays...
#365moments #smartphonepic #Photography

A chestnut, lying in green grass, lit from behind; although parts of the outer fruit is missing, the white skin still clings to the seed. The way the chestnut is positioned, along with two brown spots and a crack in the inner skin, makes it resemble a somewhat sad or worried face.

Looking down across a green patch onto a blue fjord, surrounded by forest-covered hills. The sky is virtually cloudless and you can see parts of the sun in the top right-hand corner.

Regen und Milde und schon ein ganzes Stück Herbst

'4' #FotoVorschlag
#365moments #smartphonepic #Photography

A stairwell with a glass wall and roof. ‘4’s’ of various sizes, in black, are scattered across the wall, and a large ‘4’ on the wall inside is also visible. The surroundings are reflected in the glass, making the image seem a little unsettling. The image is in black and white.

First coffee with a hint of sun...have a good one today
#365moments #smartphonepic #Photography

On a blue tablecloth with a floral pattern stands a cup that is beige on the inside and features a turquoise and white pattern on the outside. The cup is filled with coffee, and a hint of sunlight can be seen on the rim, along with the reflection of a bright square … from the window of the neighbouring room.

A little bit more summer
#365Moments #smartphonepic #photography

A yellow-and-white boat with a yellow canopy, its yellow hull reflected in the clear, slightly rippled water. There, you can see the sun glistening on the water. Otherwise, the water is blue, like the sky.

September
#365moments #smartphonepic #Photography

A new calendar page. This time, the picture shows a still life: part of a green-and-yellow sofa with a cushion on it. The cushion features a fox in a green Regency tailcoat. In front of it, close to the camera, stands a vase containing five small yellow balls, each on a stem.
The poem in German:
Stilleben.

Aufgereiht in einzelnen Teilen, ein Leben.
Regungslos, Stück für Stück platziert.
Bunt drapierte Gedankenwelt.
Betrachtet, ungehört.

In English:
Still Life.

Lined up in separate parts, a life.
Motionless, placed piece by piece.
A world of thoughts, colourfully draped.
Contemplated, unheard.

(I took this photo a few days ago, but I’ve only just had a look at it.)

A clear sky just before sunrise, with the horizon turning from orange to yellow and then to a very pale blue. The landscape below stands out against it like a black silhouette, as do the geese flying past.

Stille
#365moments #smartphonepic #Photography #nofilter

Set slightly higher up, overlooking a wide, empty beach and a pale blue, almost turquoise, virtually still sea. The sky is cloudy but undramatic, and only grows slightly darker towards the horizon. In the left-hand foreground, a few blades of grass protrude into the picture
