Celebrating with beautiful mushrooms recently spotted in a coastal forest on Vancouver Island, BC.

Photo at ground level of mushrooms on the forest floor. The ones on the right side of the image look like curved little plates that could hold water inside, they are white on the outside and light orange on the inside. The ones on the left side of the image are not fully open yet so we only see the white part and they look like teeth of different shapes. The mushrooms are small.

das bild zeigt nur ein paar von ganz vielen, typisch für den gesäten tintling war da alles voll davon, da hat er seinen namen her. die sind übrigens sehr klein huthöhe vllt 1 cm.

nahaufnahme einer gruppe kleiner pilze, leicht unterbelichtet, den schummrigen lichtverhältnissen am waldboden angemessen. in der bildmitte ist eine gruppe von sechs pilzfruchtkörpern, oder sieben, wenn man den mitzählt, der sich unter den anderen versteckt, cremeweiß mit dünnem stiel und kegelförmigem, oben abgerundetem hut mit leichten dunkleren längsrillen, drängen sie sich dicht aneinander. hinten rechts sind noch zwei, die werden aber schon unscharf. am boden ist teilweise dunkler brauner humus zu sehen, das meiste ist aber mit grünem und teils vertrocknetem braunen moos bewachsen.

Fantastic fungi growing out of this dead beech tree by the river.

They twist up the trunk in a line, with beautiful wavy gills like feathers.

Some kind of Oyster mushroom (I think the Veiled Oyster Pleurotus dryinus?) but they are so dried out and crinkly it's hard to tell.

Light brown mushrooms growing out of a dead tree - they are brackets shaped, with crinkly edges and thick wavy gills - but also completely shrivelled and dried out.

Meine Pilzpirsch war erfolgreich. Obwohl Knollenblätter- und Fliegenpilze, Falsche Pfifferlinge, Bitterlinge und so weiter zahlreicher waren, habe ich doch viele Maronen, Pfifferlinge und ein Prachtexemplar von Steinpilz ins Körbchen legen können. Von den Krausen Glucken habe ich nur eine mitgenommen. Die reicht für mich.
Bei den Röhrlingen gab es wenig Abfall. Sie liegen jetzt im Dörrautomaten. Pfifferlinge und KG endeten in der Pfanne.

Das Bild zeigt einen kleinen Maronenröhrling (Imleria badia) von oben. der Hut ist naß und weist die typische Kastanienfarbe auf. Um den Fruchtkörper herum nasses Moos und braune Kiefernnadeln. Das Bild zeigt einen halb unter Moos und Kiefernnadeln verborgenen Pfifferling (Cantharellus cibarius), mit seinem typischen unregelmäßigen gelben Fruchtkörper. An Fuße eines Kiefernstamms wächst eine Krause Glucke (Sparassis crispa). Der Weißliche Fruchtkörper erinnert entfernt an einen Blumenkohl. Das Bild zeigt einen Steinpilz (Boletus) von der Seite. Der hellbraune Hut des Fruchtkörpers ruht auf einem dicken weißlichen Stil. Um den Pilz herum Moos und Kiefernnadeln.
