A wide monochrome landscape photograph capturing a grand colonial homestead set beyond a broad grassed lawn. The historic building features a corrugated iron hipped roof punctuated by five tall, decorative chimney stacks, an intricate ironwork verandah fringe, and shuttered French doors flanked by neat hedges and rose bushes under a lightly clouded sky.

A black and white photograph framed by the thick vertical stone masonry of an adjacent archway in the foreground. Looking across a smooth body of water, a small white single story cottage sits on the far bank against a dense forest of tall trees. Sunlight reflects softly off the surface of the water, drawing the eye toward the distant home.
