Yoga.

#photography #dance #flavourama #leica #leicaacademy

A color photograph of a dancer during a dance battle. She is standing on the point of her left foot, right raised and bent at the knee. The arms are spread with hands pointing down. It is akin a yoga or a martial pose. She is dressed in black from the cap all the way to the shoes. The far wall is in shades of blue and purple while the audience is out of focus, looking with rapt attention.

Judging.

#photography #dance #flavourama #leica #leicaacademy

A color photography of two of the judges of a dance battle. The one closest to the camera, with dark pants and legs crossed, is leaning forward looking attentively at the battle out of the picture. The other judge, sits much more relaxed with shorts and sunglasses. At the far end, one of the staff in black leans on a tall bar table with her elbows as she too watches the battle.

Picking it up.

#photography #dancephoto #dance #flavourama #leicaacademy #leica

A photograph in color of a house dancer. The dancer, has her left hand forward, as if to pick something with the tip of her fingers. She is wearing dark green pants with a white line and a grey tank top. Her eyes are on the invisible object she is picking. The onlookers, behind, are slightly out of focus. The colors are farm, with the shine casting straight, sharp lines on the far wall.

Close up photo of 2 little girls on the grass in front of a live music stage in a park on a sunny day. The girl in the foreground has a blue dress and long golden hair. She is absorbed in the music and dancing so enthusiastically that her bouncing tresses of hair catch the sunlight and dominate the photo. Behind her the 2nd girl, with brown hair and a white and blue stripey top with pink cuffs, is looking up at the band and and clasping her hands to her ears.
