The inside of the Paroquia de San Miguel de Allende, ,

HDR-processed interior of an ornate Catholic church, viewed from the nave looking toward the altar. Wooden pews line the aisle, with a few worshippers seated near the front. The elaborately decorated golden altar features religious statues and a radiant starburst design at its center in blue and orange. Massive stone columns and arches rise to a brick vaulted ceiling, with an octagonal dome above the transept allowing natural light to stream in through arched windows. Crystal chandeliers hang from the ceiling, and the walls are painted pale blue with gilded religious artwork and balconies along the sides.
