This color photograph captures a corner of an old courtyard where nature and urban life are intertwined. In the center of the composition is a metal cabinet (likely an electrical box), painted in bright green. The paint on its doors is peeling and covered in rust, a padlock hangs on one of them, and graffiti is applied at the bottom. The cabinet is tightly overgrown with a vine of Virginia creeper, whose leaves have already begun to change color: rich burgundy, purple, and crimson shades are replacing the green. On the left, a red wooden fence is visible, and in the background, the greenery of a garden and part of an old house. The image conveys the atmosphere of a quiet autumn, coziness, and that special beauty when nature slowly but surely takes over urban structures.
