Delighted to spot this Common Palm Civet (Paradoxurus musanga) at Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve, Singapore on 15 Aug 2026. It was high up on a tree, resting. An appreciative crowd had gathered on the boardwalk below to see it.
The Palm Civet is nocturnal and common, but seldom seen in the daytime. They are sometimes spotted in people's homes.
