This color photograph captures the wall of an old utility building or shed, which has turned into a veritable visual collage of heterogeneous objects and materials. In the center of the composition is an old wooden door painted white, with cracked and peeling paint revealing dark wood underneath. To the left of the door, on a wooden panel, stand two plastic bottles — one with water and one with "Dyushes" soda. Next to them, a bright green sheet of plywood is propped up, creating a sharp color accent. Around it is a jumble of wooden planks, panels, old furniture, and a blue plastic bucket. This entire heterogeneous "mosaic" of textures and colors forms a single composition that can be studied endlessly. The image conveys the atmosphere of a cluttered but cozy and very "human" everyday life.
