Siikaneva Protected Area: It is the largest continuous wetland and the most important peatland reserve in Finland. It is a popular destination for hiking along wooden boardwalks and a key site for climate research, particularly for measuring greenhouse gas fluxes.

A narrow wooden boardwalk runs straight through a broad golden meadow toward a dense forest.
