Color photo in portrait format of a dark green custom low rider Oldsmobile Cutlass (Supreme or 442) from the late 1970's or 1980's.

The low rider fills the entire center of the photo. Custom hydraulics raise the driver side tire off the ground at a 30 degree angle, about 25-35 cm off the ground. Custom gold spoked wheel rims shine brightly, as do the custom chrome colored suspension and hydraulics visible in the wheel well and underside. Horizontal pin striping outlined in white runs from rear trunk to engine bay in five sections, with the topmost section decorated in a flower pattern. A sticker that reads "lowriders worldwide" is attached to the bottom corner of the driver side windshield. Hood and rear trunk are open for display.

Another classic black Oldsmobile from the 1960's or 1970's is in the bottom left quadrant of the photo with half of it's front windshield and engine hood visible.

To the left of the green Cutlass are three more partially visible classic cars. Behind the

Color photo of a Ford Series F-1 ½ ton truck (model years 1948–1952) in portrait format, taken of the driver's side door.

Unlike most classic cars you see at a vintage car show, which are spotless and shine line a well polished mirror, this F-1 shows its age and is heavily oxidized: the sidestep in its entirety; the roof, driver side door, front and rear fender flares in large swaths, and the bracketed side view mirror in its entirety except for the black painted backside of the mirror itself. The truck's base color paint is a light turquoise shade.

The driver's side door has a horizontally centered block of text in light yellow:

Rosies Raisin
and
Radish Ranch

And is swathed with a rust colored finish with a hand brush, painted horizontally across the door.

Underneath that block of text is another; black lettered "GR. 6000", with an off-white stenciled outline.

In the background: a couple walking away from the camera through the rear cabin window; an olive green converti

120/365 John chronicled +50 years with his 1958 Thunderbird during our 15 minutes chat. It survived 2 marriages, multiple overhauls, and "rough use".

A film shooter, he proudly showed me a number of prints taken on journeys with his car across the US.

His passion made my day. IMHO sticking with anything for over 50 years is admirable. Wished him many more years of good memories with his beloved.

Black and white photo in landscape format of the proud owner of a white convertible 1958 Ford Thunderbird.

John is dressed in dark steel framed rectangular sunglasses, white T-shirt with a Ford Thunderbird printed across the chest, dark colored unbuttoned collared shirt over the T-shirt denim jeans, and black shoes.

Before taking the photo John asked to give him a couple minutes to close the trunk and engine, and retract the convertible's soft-top roof. He then propped himself up on the driver side door with right hand placed on the small side window, right knee bent over the door, and left left planted on the ground for balance.

Groups of spectators to the car show, a number of other cars on display, and a typical US small town business and residential structures are in the background.
