Back to some vacation photos. Had some close encounters with grizzly bears in Glacier. One at 35 yards, and another at 15. Wife also had a solo encoun
Altro...Back to some vacation photos. Had some close encounters with grizzly bears in Glacier. One at 35 yards, and another at 15. Wife also had a solo encounter heading back from Ahern Pass while I waited for my son to summit the peak. I did not find myself scared at all and enjoyed being able to see them up close (despite the obvious risk). Turns out you can change camera lenses while holding bear spray.
We also encountered several black bears; one with two cubs.
