Spotted this pale cap hiding in the clover after the rain. Autumn has arrived. Is it a field mushroom or a cheeky lookalike?

A close-up, ground-level photograph of a single wild mushroom surrounded by tall green blades of grass and patch clover. The mushroom cap is flat, with a faint pinkish-buff hue, slight cracks on its surface, and dark gills peeking out along the underside of its rim. The lighting is soft and overcast, giving the wet greenery a deep, lush feel while keeping the mushroom in gentle, sharp focus.

A low-angle close-up of tiered, fan-shaped bracket fungi growing from the side of a thick, weathered tree branch. The mushrooms have smooth, pale cream undersides and speckled brownish-tan curved caps. The tree bark is deeply grooved, rough, and rustic. In the background, a lush green canopy of leaves filters soft sunlight, creating a bright, dappled woodland scene.
