Macro lens, wine glass, pipette, reflective freezer bags, red shiny wrapping paper and led lights. ✨

This is a macro photograph of a water droplet suspended momentarily in mid-air above a ripple pattern underneath in a wine glass. There are vibrant red, pink, orange, and golden colours which reflect through the water surface, creating a trippy, kaleidoscopic effect. The droplet is sharply focused (thankfully 😂) and is mirroring the surrounding colourful lights against a soft bright background.

"Drop it like it's Hot" 💧

I'm back with an experiment!

It's too hot to comfortably leave the house and try and get out of the funk. So, we're trying the good ol' water drop. ✨

This is a photo of a spherical water droplet (almost perfect!). It is hovering just above water and is surrounded by concentric circular ripples. Lots of colourful light reflects across the water's surface, (mixture of leds and shiny wrapping paper) creating vibrant iridescent shades of pink, yellow, blue, and teal against a soft purple background (that was put it in post because the background just looked a little too messy in my opinion)
