For the day that's in it, I'd thought I'd share my one of my favourite photos.

Peter got me into photography and bought me my Canon.

Were it not for him this page would not exist! So, if you have any complaints - direct them to him. 😂

This was made with a spray can of water, a LED ringlight and some gentle, loving bullying. 😂✨

This photo is of my partner Peter. It is mostly black but because of the lighting you can see the outlines of his side profile and his hoodie. The lighting is in rainbow formation and goes from yellow-orange at the front (or left hand side) to blue/violet at the back (or right hand side). At the top of his head there is a triangular shaped green patch which is a combination of the fallen water droplets and the led light.

“Farbrausch” (Riot of color)

A vibrant Día de Muertos mural by Luis Valle, inside Talkin’ Tacos in the West Village in Manhattan. (This was my first time eating here and they had some really good birria!)

Photo of a mural done in vibrant glowing paint in a darkened restaurant interior. The mural depicts a feminine face in colorful makeup evoking a Mexican Day of the Dead calavera (skull), surrounded by giant roses in vivid red and purple. I'm back with an experiment!

It's too hot to comfortably leave the house and try and get out of the funk. So, we're trying the good ol' water drop. ✨

This is a photo of a spherical water droplet (almost perfect!). It is hovering just above water and is surrounded by concentric circular ripples. Lots of colourful light reflects across the water's surface, (mixture of leds and shiny wrapping paper) creating vibrant iridescent shades of pink, yellow, blue, and teal against a soft purple background (that was put it in post because the background just looked a little too messy in my opinion)
