Im Vordergrund steht das markante Eingangsportal der Zeche Bonifacius, einem historischen Backsteingebäude mit dekorativen Rundbogenfenstern und geometrischen Fassadenelementen. Über dem Eingang befindet sich ein Schriftzug mit der Aufschrift 'Alte Lohnhalle'. Die Architektur zeichnet sich durch abwechselnde helle und dunkle Backsteinmuster sowie vertikale und horizontale Gliederungen aus. Im unteren Bereich sind zwei große Fenster und eine Tür zu sehen, davor stehen ein Sonnenschirm und Sitzgelegenheiten. Im oberen Bildbereich ragen die Fassadengiebel in den Himmel, der von Wolken und Baumzweigen eingerahmt wird.
