A small mountain lake with a view from our hike up Yr Aran last week for this

A high mountain lake nestled in a valley in Eryri. It is surrounded by reedy green grasses with patches of bright purple heather, ancient, lichen covered stones, and the stone remnants of an old slate quarry. In the distance, mountains rise into a bright blue sky filled with both long wispy clouds and lower fluffy white ones.
