Into the Woods for

Today was a good day. We got to take @Sk8r_Grrl@pixelfed.social and her partner up Moel y Gest to leave some ashes from her doggo Zeus with my boy Hitch. But also being able to share my favourite little mini-mountain with someone so special to me was just really wonderful. It was a perfect hike and a perfect day and I'm overflowing with mushy gratitude right now.

Another peak in the books for our personal . πŸ₯³ Today we got up Mynydd Mawr (literally Big Mountain) and from this vantage point we you can see two other peaks we've ascended this summer. That pointy peak in the distance is Yr Aran and to the very far right is Y Garn. So lucky to have this on our doorstep. 😊

I'm ALIVE (albeit tired) and I'm bringing you a piping hot from my hike this afternoon. This is Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), the highest peak in Cymru (Wales) as seen from Yr Aran, the mountain we climbed today. It was an absolutely perfect day for it.
