A weathered 19th-century slate tombstone dedicated to John Morris features elegant carvings and an "IHS" christogram monogram. It stands under a dense tree canopy beside a rustic stone lychgate with a wrought-iron gate.

LUMA Museum in Arles, France

From the cemetery, visitors enjoy an impressive view of the Luma Tower in Arles. Its shimmering, unconventional façade, designed by Frank Gehry, stands out strikingly against the cityscape and creates a fascinating contrast with the cemetery’s peaceful atmosphere.

Analog color photo of a cemetary in Nympsfield in the Cotswolds, UK. A stone casket in the foreground, a gothic church in the background. Colors of the photo are edited, as the original shot has, due to the film used, a turquoise touch.
